Hello Everyone ! I'm Nicholas !

I started my journey period of time perhaps just like any of you. As a worker does many kind of job before who was active at fitness successfully Lose 100+ pounds but still look fat, thru unhealthy habits, skipping meal, late sleep and feeling lethargic all the time and got serious skin allergic. i meet my coach through a Facebook post when I was searching for a solution for my health and change for my lifestyle.

Through the time of practicing the concept of fitness + nutrition + having a positive community as my backbone, it has enabled us to be in the best version of our self and made impact in ways that we never expected. Delivering sustainable results and making a positive energy is my biggest purpose, hopefully that can inspire you and motivate you to become greater version of you. Hope you enjoy this site and look forward to connecting with you all !
